Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Please use your full name as the payment reference.
Payment Terms
Deposits must be paid within 1 hour of making your booking. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be automatically released and made available to other clients.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled start time. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling is permitted once per booking. Any further changes will require a new booking and a new deposit.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments will result in the full forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required for any future booking.
Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is provided. A £20 late fee will apply after the 10-minute grace period.
Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit. Please be mindful of your appointment time, as late arrivals may affect the service you are able to receive.
Working Hours
Standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Appointments requested outside of these hours are considered premium appointments and will incur an additional fee.
Premium Appointments
Appointments before 9:00 AM or after 6:00 PM will incur an additional £20 for studio appointments or £30 for home service appointments.
Sunday appointments are also considered premium and will incur an additional fee. Public holidays and key dates, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year, may also be subject to premium rates.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the full forfeiture of your deposit. The deposit will not be transferred or refunded, and a new deposit will be required for any future booking.
Home Service and Travel
Home service appointments may be subject to an additional travel fee depending on your location. The applicable travel fee will be communicated at the time of booking.
Content and Media
By booking an appointment, you consent to photos and videos being taken during or after your appointment for promotional and social media purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or featured, please let us know before your appointment.
