Good to know

Booking

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Please use your name as the payment reference when sending your deposit. Deposits must be paid within one hour of booking unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled. Deposits are deducted from your final balance.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 96 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to one future appointment if the cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 96 hours before your appointment. Rescheduled appointments must be used within the agreed period. Cancellations made with less than 96 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

Lateness

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a £15 late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Late arrivals may also result in a reduced treatment time to avoid affecting other clients.

Refund

In such cases, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible, and an alternative appointment or refund of any payment made will be offered.

No-show

No-shows will forfeit their deposit, and it cannot be transferred to another booking.
