Good to know
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Please use your name as the payment reference when sending your deposit. Deposits must be paid within one hour of booking unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled. Deposits are deducted from your final balance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 96 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to one future appointment if the cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 96 hours before your appointment. Rescheduled appointments must be used within the agreed period. Cancellations made with less than 96 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
